Install instructions

The Windows download only needs the usual Visual C++ Redistributable installed. The Linux download needs the SFML library installed. You can do this with

sudo apt install libsfml-graphics2.5 libsfml-window2.5 libsfml-audio2.5 libsfml-system2.5
